Cycle 5

We are moving ahead to cycle 5. Thank you all for your kind words and warm thoughts. I appreciate all of you!

Last cycle my response to clomid was very slow. My RE only likes to do 4 cycles of clomid which I have now completed. So he has switched me to another oral medication called femara. Obviously we have no idea how I'll respond to it. We'll find out at our U/S on 12/21.

I will be doing an Ovidrel trigger shot, just like last time. We are hoping to do IUI this month but I'm not sure how it's going to work out.

I am starting a new job on Monday and am worried about asking for time off. Also, we never know for sure how a cycle is going to go, so it's pretty hard to give them advance notice that I'll need off or to come in late.

I'm hoping that IUI will be 12/24 since Zach is off work and I am potentially going to be off work as well.
